In 2020, I founded Artistonk, a creative and media-tech agency. Over the years, my team and I have worked with 150+ brands across industries. I work with Healthcare, Hospitality, and Finance businesses that are tired of wasting time, losing leads or struggling with messy operations.

After years of working across industries, I realized one thing: businesses don’t just need ideas – they need a strong foundation. That’s when I developed my own approach: the B.A.S.E Framework™ (Base. Automation. Sales. Expansion.), designed to help businesses stop firefighting and start scaling with clarity and consistency.

What I do is simple:

• I bring in AI tools that make work easier.

Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I served as Vice President of an NGO – Zariya: A Helping Hand, where I worked on community initiatives with the belief that education is a necessity, not a privilege.

And here’s the fun part: I’m a proud Bengali – which means my strategies work so well, some call it business black magic (don’t worry, no tantrik rituals involved, just systems and AI 😉).
